About Bill – Bill was born in Washington, DC, spent his early years in Baltimore but lived in Delaware most of his life. He has worked in the hospitality industry and construction. Bill started his own construction company around the time Kathy and Bill met in 2000 and he became a "Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist". Bill continues to run Gotcha Covered, their construction company. Projects range from kitchen and bath remodels to large additions and historic renovations.
Kathy and Bill married in January 2003 and moved to the beach in Coastal Delaware! Like other Baby Boomers, they decided not to wait for retirement to live in Coastal Delaware. In 2005, Bill also obtained his real estate license and works primarily with Sellers and Investor clients. Bill also works with our Buyer clients once they have gone to contract on a home, through the inspection process and up through settlement. As a contractor, Bill provides invaluable insight and assistance resolving any issues that may arise during that time leading to settlement.
