Longacre Village is an Active Adult community located in the Camden, Delaware, area, not far from Dover, the State Capitol. When complete there will be 300 homes with a mix of styles from four different buildlers. You can choose from single family homes, duplex homes, townhomes, and villas in a convenient location. At Longacre Village, the HOA will take care of grass cutting, snow removal, common area maintenance and insurance as well as membership to the Longacre Village clubhouse and pool.
