Bay Crossing is the only Active Adult community in Sussex County, Delaware, that is located “East of Route 1”. With a Lewes address, Bay Crossing is convenient to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach and close to shopping, restaurants, theaters, medical facilities and the beach. You can even walk to some of the popular area restaurants, the movies and at least one grocery store.
When complete, the community will contain 256 homes, with a mix of 84 attached homes and 172 single family homes. Blenheim Homes is now building the Final Phase of 88 homes in the most desirable location with many treed perimeter lots. All of the Blenheim models include a full basement and some lots offer a walk-out basement. All models are available as either one-level homes with an option of a second floor loft with a bedroom and bath. You can create as much living space as you really need, especially with all the storage space in that basement.
The 6,000 square ft. clubhouse includes a Fitness Center, a good size party room with a catering kitchen, billiards and card room.
